YouTube autoplay problem

When I open a YouTube video on a tab that is not YouTube, I have to click the play button to start the video.
But if I do this while on YouTube, it autoplays.
Anyone know what might be causing this?

I can't see the video because it needs permission to view, but usually it's a setting in the embedding link, if autoplay hasn't been set to 1, then it won't autoplay.

Fixed the link so you can now view it.

And no I was talking about autoplay that happens when opening videos in a new tab (like in the video).

Finally found the problem. I went into the site settings for YouTube and set the Sound setting to allow. Hope this helps for you too.
