Youtube syncing problem

Okay, basically when I try to watch a video in the new-style video box (you can choose the speed of playback), it starts getting really, really out of sync. The video works fine on the 'old-style' and embedded video boxes. I'm not too sure if this has something to do with Flash or HTML5 (I've signed up for the beta)...
Any ideas/help?
