This thread is hereby dedicated to all vehicles that are zombies. They keep running through fire, water, abuse, punishment, explosions, and projectile wounds.

I laughed manically through that video, knowing the car refused to die. But it was sad to see a waste of a 300TE. Myth confirmed! All in the name of science! Does that mean my car won't die? :sly:

Damn...I thought I was going to see a cat driving a TVR somewhere in England.
 
That Hilux series was epic brilliance. Totally out classed the Merc one Fifth Gear did. I want to see TG do another car like that.
 
hmmm... no videos, but right after my friend sold his C123 300CD on Craigslist, the engine threw a rod while he was driving it to the buyers house (obviously the sale fell through)

Once they towed it back to the house they started it up on 4 cylinders and drove around the back yard with oil pouring out the large hole on either side of the block.
 
I have a half zombie, then...a 4runner is a Hilux with a permanent cap on it (at least, the first two generations)

I have a candidate from the US...
the AMC Eagle Wagon...I'm still seeing these on the road...lemon straight six or not.
 
I think the VW Beetle should have been mentioned inside here as well..... :D
Can't think of any car like a Beetle which could last until the 21st century....
