Read earlier posts bro Each car has break in time for the engines, so go run a couple races right now, and you'll see the horses shoot up to the max of 905. You'll find that every car's hp from the premium car lot or car tickets will go up as you drive it more. However used car lot cars will not go up in hp from just driving around.

Are all these tips and tunes for a gt force wheel as I'm only on a controller

Since there are no special "gt force wheel"-tunes or anything like that, every tune can be used with a usual controller or a wheel.
Some are just harder to control with a controller (now that's funny), because you can't modulate/regulate throttle, brakes and steering as precise as you can with a wheel.
