ZR1 and Z06 RMs?

I have the zr1 rm and wanted to rm the z06,is there any big difference in looks at all between the two,in the gt auto the sample display z06 rm looks the same as the zr1 rm.Is it worth the money because both corvettes are going to look the same, then what is the point?

I mean the z06 c6 and the zr1 c6.
 
They look the same, but there a minor difference in the power & torque, weight is almost the same. Biggest difference in the cost to RM them & that the ZR1 is faster overall.
 
Well i like the Z06 better because thats the first RM i bought so its sort of my little baby. The Zr1 is faster, slightly better through the corners but a bit of a handful too cos it's got more power. Theyre really the same. Close your eyes and switch back and forth on the Dealership if your really desperate!

Nice to see some blokes from around the neighbourhood,good on you guys.
 
I found that the Z06 was faster in a straight line, at the top speed. I've been doing some performance testing using a basic format setup (ride height drop, aero to lowest, gearbox maxed)
With this setup the ZR1 managed 237mph, while the Z06 managed 241mph.
(Based on a single run on SS7, with terminal speed check in the return tunnel section)
 
Both are good to have if you have the money but the ZR1 you can feel its better in most ways, its preference I guess.
 
Aha, but they don't look the same! One is silver at the back and one is white at the back. Which looks awesome if you paint the white one silver and the silver one white, then it will be white front - silver back on one car and silver front - white back on the other. Looks awesome together.

I look back and wish I hadn't used my old WoW characters name when I registered (no longer play WoW)...
 
There's also the small difference in the side vents infront of the doors, just like on the road cars. I prefer the Z06 to be honest, don't know why but it feels more settled on the road.
