ZR1 RM paint ideas

I'm trying to come up with ideas of how to paint the ZR1 RM with the new DLC paints and just can't quite figure out a good combo.
Please share your ideas and pictures. I want it to shout "I'm wearing DLC paints" on the body and the rims.

My ZR1 looks awesme in a non-DLC silver chrome, so you could try the DLC version of it. Either that a matte black kind of paint looks amazing.

Oh also fluorescent 6 might look really good.

The ZR-1 RM is one of those cars that generally looks great in any paint you throw on it. It's mainly because of the half white scheme it keeps no matter what you paint it (similarly, the R32 and R33 TCs keep a half black scheme and look great in any colour as well).
If you're looking to spend a DLC chip on the car, I went with gold chrome, as it matches the exhaust tip on the side of the car and just ties the whole car together 👍.

Yeah I have it set to a black color right now. Might consider the Fluorescent 6.

I tried your suggestiong with the gold chrome to match the exhaust, but I just don't like to use those Chromes. They're far too common online and makes the car look tacky and makes me feel unoriginal.

Also, I have my Z06 in a red white and blue kind of paint scheme. Get a nice blue for the body, and paint the rims in red, and you've got a badass looking patriot-mobile

Forget about the Zr-1, and get the Z06. It has a 2 tone paint scheme on it. I painted the front chrome, with red rims.

Cept the ZR-1 has 3 tones.

Anyway, Jetstream Blue Metallic Tintcoat. Don't use a DLC, that paint I mentioned is all that works for ZR-1s.

That's actually clever!
Now all I need is to leave Europe for the States and become a proud American!
But seriously though, that actually is clever, very cool way of going to an 'All American' car race! I'll definetely keep that in mind!

Forget about the Zr-1, and get the Z06. It has a 2 tone paint scheme on it.

The thing is that I have a Z06 and love it!
Body in GT Polarized 001 (red/grey) and Rims in GT Chrome 002 (red/silver).
And I picked the Z06 for painting first, exactly because of the grey! That white is just so headaching, hence the need for me to even start a thread!

Interesting, but why red? Doesn't seem to match anything else on the car, except tail lights maybe?

I did exactly this a while ago, going for the whole US theme, and it looks awesome 👍

What code is the silver chrome in the DLC? I saw nothing that looked like silver chrome. I wouldn't know what it looks like though since I've never seen a silver chrome paint chip.
