Over my vacation (kjust ended today, had to go back to school) I would go to sleep anywhere from 12 to 5 am and wake up anywhere from 10 am to 3pm.
Now, i go to sleep anywhere from 12-4 am and wake up at 6:30.
Im pretty used to it, and no matter what i do im ALWAYS tired when i wake up.. Even if i go to bed at 9 and wake up at 7. I'm not a morning person at all..
For some reason i stay up late even when my body and mentality are super tired. Like right now, im overly tired from the switch back to regular schedule, and its 12:20 am. I'm tired as heck and im still not going to bed... Meh.
Who needs sleep anyway? (It sure is nice though)
