Codemasters has announced the time frame for the beta of its latest title. Arcade racer Onrush is coming next month, and players will get a taste of it next weekend.
PlayStation 4 players can even access the beta early — if you’ve pre-ordered the game, that is. If so, you’ll gain access 48 hours before the rest of the world. That’d be 1400 UTC on May 15, for those keeping score at home.
The news comes hot off the heels of the full achievement/trophy reveal. If you’re a trophy hunter, the beta should prove valuable in getting an idea of what the gameplay mechanics are really all about. It sounds like a sizeable demo, with multiple features available for testing:
