Conversation Search Function

At times conversations can get rated lengthy and sometimes you need to refer back o something but can't be bothered to search through thousands (literally) of pages. Is this possible?

Your query is somewhat confusing; are we talking about PMs or conversations within topics posted as discussions within the Forums themselves?
For instance if I was to search for this conversation, I would ask Google:

Adding more words to the search will refine it further. However, I don't think there is a way for either Google or GTPlanet's own search function to bring up snippets of PMs to be viewed by anybody. Or is there?

I am talking about PMs. Actual threads is somewhat easy to do.

Conversation searching is a feature I am looking into, though I can't offer a timeline on when it might become available.

Meanwhile there's Ctrl-F in the browser and, if you cut/paste the page to a file, good ol' grep.

Works great if you are looking for something on one page, not hunting through thousands
