My two favorite cars with the 426 HEMI :D

My dad always said that a 396 Camaro would pretty must dust anything else on the road back in the late 70s (back when high school kids could get muscle cars easily). Those things always destroyed his 440 Coronet, and his Coronet was one of the fastest cars around here.

I've heard a number of things. From what I've been told, if someone had a 351C, 396 Camaro, 428/429 Ford or a 426 Hemi, you didn't 🤬 with them. My dad was always impressed with the 351C at how it could keep up with a lot of big blocks.

You forgot the 396. Although I've seen plenty of 396s get beaten by a 426 Hemi or the infamous 440.

I'm ready to get some hate. Maybe not hate but we'll see.

You can probably call me crazy but at first I actually thought this was bad but the more I looked, I was rather fascinated by this.
That, lads. It's a Mach 40 1969 Mustang. A mid-engine mustang, as a tribute of the GT40. And when you hear GT40, you can think of good things.

Both are fords, both are sexy and mixed together? It's actually an interesting result.
BTW, them vents are working ones actually. That makes it look even better, instead of them being just visual only.

Ladies and gentlemen, tell me what you think.

I personally don't like it. I think it's WAY out of proportion. If they would have thought it out better, I think they could have made it work.

Also the wheels are just :yuck:.

I think it's an absolutely amazing engineering achievement, and the final design result is the best that you could possibly come up with when trying to make a mid-engined Mustang that didn't look like another run of the mill Mustang because FREAKING YAWN ANOTHER FREAKING MUSTANG. Even the wheels are awesome, a throwback to Mach 1s in modern fashion. It fully deserves the attention and ink and recognition it has received, one of the finest builds of this decade.

I guess that earned you a like and un-ignore. Sorry about that with teh Eclipse stuff and all. I'm been quite the eclipse guy and such, but I admit, it was made for ricers. I just don't get it but anyway. That's a bit off-topic.

Now my turn to bring anotehr top car.

Not sure if that would be a real sleeper but I heard it is.
