He might have miss understood `TUNING FORUMS```well tuning forums here is tuning the car`s racing capacity or tuning forums are tunes to get better lap times and car tunes not for visual tuning

I'm not sure how to move a thread as I've never had to do it. Ask one of the mods and they can do it for you.
