Some kinda Fake TopGear Magazine-ish effect (you'll get it if you have a recent copy with you).

^ If that is the R8 GT it's really nice. 👍
But matte blue would be more similar to reproduce the real color (If I remember right from my copy of the magazine, the car has an almost matte blue... but I'm not sure if I'm referring to the same R8)

I think the one I saw was a new ver. of a 'bog-basic' R8 V10, with a dual-clutch and some weight-reduction on it (perhaps the MY13 model)... Not a GT, it was orange on-mag as I remmeber (BTW it was quite lately they started to use this kinda effect, ie. darken the asphalt and sky for a HDR-feel).

Here's another sample (I tweaked the color tad too much)...
