1-SurfaceFX
2-TyresFX (Visual efects)
3-(Optional but recomended for Rally) FFB tweaks, Additional post-processing script -> select Alternative FFB
4-And apply "extended physics" if you are using CarModder-Tyre.
Optional:
5- Keep FFB set between 70% and 85%. (Better for Rally)
6-ParticlesFX active for fireworks and other effects (may work only at night).
Important to know
This won’t work on embedded tracks, meaning that replacing surface.ini will have no effect.
How it works/How to use it->
You need to insert the Road Mesh for Advanced MeshPhysics with a name like road_mesh (or similar), Use Objetc Inspector to pic one. However, some very long tracks have names like road_001, road_002, road_xxx... In this specific case, you should take only the name, remove the numbers, and place it between wildcards. This way, all meshes with matching names will be included. For example: road_005 -> ?road_?
SurfaceModder is a tool mainly focused on rally stages, allowing you to modify the surface.ini files from a comfortable interface. It injects surfaces with ready‑to‑use presets (asphalt, dirt, gravel, snow…), making surface changes fast and effortless —no manual file editing needed.
