Mafs is a seasoned tuner, and the comment almost seemed directed at him, hence the slight confusion...

Hell, he ALMOST keeps up with my FD in the quarter mile.

This is EXTREMELY intriguing.

364hp FWD with that much camber... Dayum. Going to see how it works shortly.

Something I just noticed: You have a wing on the parts list but no downforce settings. For the wing to have ANY effect at all, you need to go to the "downforce" section in settings (right above LSD) and bring the numbers up to whatever.

Hmm... This is a surprisingly good car actually...

There are a few issues though... The turbo kit you used, while less peaky than the normal Stage 3 turbo, is impossible to get full power out of at all times, because torque is still climbing at the rev limiter. NA Stage 3 gives about 80 less HP and is much more expensive, but you'll get the same straight line speed out of the car with better corner exits using it in place of the turbocharger.

The suspension I haven't fooled with much as it doesn't really have too many issues there; Perhaps the camber could be reduced and cornering speeds would be higher, but the car is good to drive as it is, albeit with some quite bad high speed understeer...

Anyhow, list of things I did to the car that shaved about 4 full seconds off a GVS East lap time: NA Stage 3 instead of Original Turbo, brake balance controller set to 7/3, downforce set to 15/12.

Car is much better to drive like this, test it and tell me what you think, SVX.

I felt it was directed at me, but held back both my guns and waited for clarification. ;) But if you're implying that I'm not a professional or seasoned tuner n4ke you are sadly mistaken.

First off there's my Spot Race Challenge thread.....it's in my sig, click it...... to go heads up with ANYONE, stock or worked car on any circuit or on any format (laptime, 1/4 mile, Top Speed challenge). Go check TCv4 FWD right now....where am I?? Right there with the other big tuners in 4th place overall, ahead of MFT, chasing down RRV & AT and I don't even have a proper garage yet (that's 6 days away ;)). Also, there's no one else on this entire forum with a 400km/h FF car except me, I have video proof too if needed of that run.

Just like you ALMOST keep up with my R35 on the 1/4.

Oh wait, you can't. :trouble::D:p:lol::sly: just kidding mate. 👍 You're one of the few people who can compete on all levels, always keeping me on my toes. ;)

Well, if you do have the back up. I don't need to say more, but if your going to chew off my head just for that one mistake then something is wrong. But I have seen a few tunes go bad when I pick apart at them ( especially my own). So:bowdown:

Thanks for the car SVX I'm sorry i can't make it right now though, getting ready for school. i wish i could go on :gtplanet: at school

I must echo what Mafs has said...

Now then, as to LSDs and VCDs: There are vehicles that you SHOULD NOT put an LSD or VCD on; Namely all Skylines R32, R33, and R34 chassis. Also, Lancer Evolutions that are IVs and newer but NOT RS models are equip-able with something called AYC or Active Yaw Control. In the settings menu there is an AYC controller setting that is adjustable once you install that, however, the front differential is also adjustable like a normal LSD just by clicking on the wrench icon.

...you took the words right out of my mouth.👍 I could add a few more cars i won't allow VCD or LSD. I should make a list of them.

SVX, you're really only 9? Jeez i couldn't spell "bridge" when i was 9.

I'm not chewing anyones head off, I'm just saying if it's implied that I'm a GT newbie then it's completely wrong, I've been here over 3yrs on GTP itself n4ke. I mightn't have gone premium but it doesn't stop me wanting to help the other guys who are still getting into GT4, as not all of us can afford PS3's. ;)

Half a decade for me, the first time I went to premium , I chose this name instead of nightkids4ever. Because it was too hard for others to type it( and I got my first subscription for free ^^") . I can't afford a PS3 because I simply do not want one. If I were to spend at least 400 dollars, it would either go to my education or my car. But we are getting off topic.

Hey, can u tune '95 Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC2) for me? I want it to get faster time in 400m, 1000m, and get higher speed in max speed race. I did an experiment involved with 5 FF cars and those 3 races mentioned above. At the end, I looked at the results of 5 cars in each of the 3 races, and I'm surprised that the Integra came in last in all 3 races, even though it's 2nd next to lightest (in weigh) car among 5, and it's not lack of horsepower. The car is fully modded, and no NOS was used during the experiment :)

Yeah ive got a request as well for you - what about a Honda Acura (don't mind which DC) racer, that would be quite a good tune:)

I'm already confused.:lol: Who will win what? Race? Lap times? Beauty contest? What does the RX-7 above have to do with the poll you posted? Why is it possible to vote for both cars as a multiple choice???? :ouch:

I'm not trying to be funny or facetious, I'm honestly confused.

Nice car but, you need to buy weight reduction and do suspension and transmission to really make it beat other cars, And abaut the pic, Did you take it with you cellphone/cam, You can also plugin a usb stick/cellphone/mp3/mp4/ipod/etc... in your ps2/3 and save it on there tho.:)

What confuses me is, there's no Racing Suspension listed, or any suspension kit at all for that matter. Also, there's a RC Trans listed but no settings for it. What about Brakes, Driving Aids, all that stuff? About the poll, why can we vote for both, and what is the competition, as Parnelli said? You have an extra set of

Ok im so sorry that this confused every one but with the 70 cosmo and 70 skyline it wat a vote to see, wich would win in a drag race. With the race trans mission i have to put up a gear ratio im sorry ive been quite busy at the race track. I was watching puerto rico vs usa but i will shortly put up the settings for both suspension and gear ratios

I am too. Go from release dates.

Cosmo = 1968.
Skyline = 1970.

They were sold during the early 70's, yes. But they weren't released then. ;)

*added bit* I noticed you deleted your response.

Look im not trying to start anything all i want is just a vote please.

I can't vote on a car that doesn't exist. I think by '71 Skyline, you mean the GT-R? But there is no such thing as a '70s Cosmo. Anyways, more questions, now.

How come the poll doesn't state the contest is supposed to be a drag race? Are we just supposed to intuit this info?

What does this "drag race" have to do with (what looks like) the start of yet another tuning garage? Shouldn't this poll be in another section (not the tuning section)? Massive confusion.

I'll stop there.

Ok to do this correction i spoke to smallhorses and he has to re edit it for me but my tuner garage are going to include those two cars. Im currently working on them and my spirit a and 787b.

Poll edited & thread cleaned of superfluous garbage.

@ mafia_boy & Codename L: If you don't have anything on-topic to contribute, please don't hestitate not to bother in future. Thanks. ;)
