I don't know why that exact number but all I'm guessing it relates to the glitch dealing with that size game file.
Since after you delete the patches it puts it to a game state where the glitch wasn't fixed.

@bfc - is your game save bigger thank 4165kb?

Hi mate am just grabbing at straws here but maybe the update (patch) that fixed the Museum Card thing that was crashing peoples games when the save exceeded a certain size?

In the FAQ it said that the GT Academy Special GT-R was given by a ticket. Is this ticket tradable by any chance? I'm guessing not.
 
Actually just ignore what i posted before i've found it :D no need to panic about missing cars, my son had it on teh garage for the seasonal and obv the minolta is over 750pp DUH!!

I think that all boils down to if you can find someone that still has it, good luck on that hunt.

it would act as any other Ticket for things like prize veyron, zonda, X1 ect which still cant be traded. A specific car gift ticket it very different from a birthday/level ticket that generates a random car as the info for the fixed prize car is built into the ticket and so when you try gift it the 'untradable' marker is ticked and wont allow it (and also cos i tried it when i got the ticket to try get a backup on another account) Also the details of the tickets/cars traded was in teh patchnotes if u can find them

But it should of been made available to all with GT5 rather than just a set place of people?
Competition what it was intended for could of just been for EU but the car for every one?

I had a question. I have 1 PS3 with multiple accounts. My main account has way over the file size allotted for the glitch. My second account does not. Would I be able to use my secondary account with out messing up my main account?

I believe it would mess up your thumbnails, saved replays and tracks etc... on your main as your ps3 only has 1 x game data for all accounts not 1 for each like game saves 👍

Ideal glitch if your just starting out, Or just looking for the rare expensive cars.?
Either way its just a good way to get round the trade limit on the rare cars.👍

I've just change dover from the c12s 7.3 and i also have the LM car.
If u dont have them by tonight let me know in a PM and i'll change it over in morning
