I was in the Alpha yeah. But the Beta I'm not so sure about. I didn't buy MOH so I still need details on how to get into the Beta. They did say it would be an "open Beta in September" though so maybe it doesn't matter?

Anyway, to bring this back on subject.

I remember there being a discussion of sponsors awhile back (the "pretend" kind, not the cool Mazda USA or Flyin' Miata kind) so I want to take this opportunity to "announce" my new sponsor - Emirates. That's right, in some weird cosmic coincidence I've managed to land the same sponsor as my favorite Football Club, the Arsenal. From here on out any car I run will be in the red and white livery I had in the Lotus 111R series.

3rd in the Open class. They led the rally for several days before a failed main relay put them way behind.
 
No plan right now. Might have internet back in the apartment by mid October but it won't be the top-dog service, so lagging could be a problem. I think the closer to winter we start up again the better chance of filling the grid every weekend.

If you're open to critiques...

* The text not being lined up on the right looks funny
* I'd also kill the drop shadow on the FM text.
- so you can properly center FM vertically
- it look strange visually having the text hovering above the rest of the graphics
- Drop shadows also don't reproduce or resize very well, not good for logo-design in general
 
I have internet at home!

I think at this point I'm going to wait to start the new season until after Spec 2.0 is released. That way we can see about any changes before starting.

Thanks man I took all your ideas into consideration and have, what I think is, a much more professional looking logo.

I made the decal stamp number plate in Forza 3 just now and I'm posting up the thread in a couple Forza forums so we'll be ready to test starting next week!
