have use all your track set-up to this point....VERY GOOD....just have to convert over to MPH...using the Fanatec Porsche Turbo S wheel

Ps....found a easy way on converting KPH to MPH...go Options > OSD Options> change Units to KPH > go back to Gear Set-up and enter the KPH data > then repeat the Options change back to MPH

I used your setup for malaysia and worked pretty well for me. I achieved low 1.37 but I'm not a.d. great driver. Anyway thanks mate

Glad to hear that. :)

You can simply change the units to KPH, change the settings and change the units back to MPH - it's available in the OSD options. Thanks. :)

Been saving all your set-up for each track....I also been using your Istanbul Park, Istanbul for ALL TRACKS and it doesn't matter what race car. . I just tweak the gears.......it seem to match my type of racing...maybe this was your best one being the 1st setup for F1 2011 and you put more time into it...Good set-ups

Not sure but well, glad you like it - make sure to try out the others, tho. Whilst you might get along pretty well with the Istanbul one, the Nürburgring setup, for example, is creating a precise rhythm for the track, so it might be worth switching over for a test lap or two. ;)

Are these for quali or race?

I got my Force India set-up nice for quali in Aus, and got 10th on the grid with hardest settings (I didn't bother doing a lap in Q3). And then the car handles like ass and everybody leaves me for dead in the race.

Most definetley qualy set ups. Same thing happened to me in silverstone.

Both, actually - however, the cars' handling will improve after a few laps, due to the added weight. Most setups will require breaking a bit earlier during the race but that's pretty much it. I had to go off the throttle for a split second just before Eau Rouge during the race but that wasn't necessary during qualifying. The Silverstone one is a bit twitchy tho, I have to concur - I'll work that out once I'm done with my first season.

The interviewer asked me for my rival after the Spa race and I picked Hamilton, so I should be back in Silverstone soon. ;)

I'd love to get some feedback for the Singapore setup. I'm not really good at Singapore so my thoughts about the setup probably aren't really impartial and it took me like ~1.5 hours to get it done - couldn't do a lot of laps after getting a good time and rhythm since I had to leave for work.

Would'va love to help you out on this track...but I hate this and MC track...I even refus to watch the F1 race this past weekend on this track...HATE IT

Wouldn't you want to maybe lower the gear ratios for singapore especially the last gear. And raise the wing, since it is a very "start-stop" track. Also the setup is pretty bad, for a wet track

I'll check that out and make one for Suzuka tonight, I'll (hopefully) get it done before leaving for work. :)

Oh and yes, my setups aren't meant to be used on wet tracks, so they'll probably make you spin. :P

Edit: checked it out and have to say, it's really nice - the car is a lot more stable. Thanks a bunch, you seemingly found the magic switch that I couldn't find. :)

Edit 2: the one I had in mind (actually my Nürburgring one with changed wing settings and minor changes to balance and suspension) for Suzuka almost worked...my thoughts didn't take the alignment into account but changing it from the ring numbers to some odd numbers worked out. S1: 32.665 | S2: 40.073 | S3: 15.360 @ PAWEL17.

Great, thanks again for your help with the Singapore setup.

I'll post the Korea setup later tonight. Just going to give it a few laps in the McLaren.

Thanks!

So...here they are, the last 4 tracks. The best of the rest, so to say. Actually sad that I didn't start in the correct order but well, that's it. Hope they're working for most people and keep the feedback coming, please. :)

Great but keep in mind that they're working different for other teams. I've learned that the hard way in Abu Dhabi and Korea, my Williams was really...not so good. Glad I'm sitting in my trusty McLaren in career mode as well now.

I'll try to follow-up with setups for wet races - however, I need to learn a lot about it, so it might take a while.

€dit 1: had rain in P1, P2 & Q1 in Malaysia. I'll post the setup soon.

€dit 2: my collection of F1 2010 setups will be posted soonish. I haven't made all of them on my own, so I won't take credit for them but I'm sure they might help some people out (hopefully).
