I think the OP's definition of "premium" is non race cars, not necessarily from the NCD.
Cars above plus the BMW M3GTR, Zonda C12 on bigger flatter tracks, HSC, GTR's, Aston Martin V12 Vantage is good. A few others are good too. There is lots to choose from.

The track is the Nurb GP track. So what I really need is a car that is not going to get destroyed on the straights, but will destroy in braking and cornering.
I think the McLaren MP4-12C is one of the fastest cars at 550pp.
