News released 31st May,

The online service of Gran Turismo 5 will undergo maintenance during the following hours:

Start: 01/06/2012 03:00 GMT
Finish: 01/06/2012 04:00 GMT

During the maintenance, it will not be possible to connect to any of the online services.

*Please note that the exact times of the maintenance may slightly vary.

Honestly, we'll see what happens when it happens. Hopefully we receive a small update to fix the "your own car sound fade" when next to another car.

...And something to make the AI more aggressive and not so slow.

But i'm also used to keeping my hopes very low and treat everything as a surprise!
 
I still maintain that maintenance maintain's interest in maintaining maintenance announcements.

It could be an update, too. There are lots of memories about maintenance.
 
Nah I think they only got fixed TGT shortcut :lol:
Oh and tons of free DLC like always ....

Well, you can't pit there. It resets you and then gives you a drive-through the pits. Happens to AI cars as well. Online and offline. Guess it's connected to fixing the broken wall on this track, as I tested pit stops on Nordschleife, Toscany (tarmac) and High Speed Ring and it was fine.

Theirs a problem with multi screens since the last update ......hopefully it's a fix for this
 
And that is why PD should be focusing on GT6 to release it on the PS3 in time before the PS4 comes out. Again with people speculating, all it says is maintenance, do people not know what it means? It means they are fixing up the servers online, not anything big.

May be it included new content we can unlock this week end.

Yeah. Probably going to be some changes here and there shortly - I doubt it will be a mere patch.
 
People going on about wanting updates.
What i want is for them to fix these darn connections issues!
And i hope this has something to do with it.
 
Maintenance deserves its own sub forum.
