I managed a sub 2:29 at Spa with this. Simple to drive, but it's still an NSX, so treat it carefully and it shall reward you greatly.

Edit: I will be dropping out of the 625PP category because I simply haven't the time nor any suitable cars for this category. I will also be using the username "bloodsugarrush" for this challenge because my main account has been temporarily suspended.

Okay, I'll take it down and drive it some more :D, so what's the needed distance to full break in ?

At least 300 km (200 miles), but you must watch it yourself when PP and BHP are going down forever, and after the oil change are not rising again while you drive it. 👍

Ok, I just added more distance on the Lexus ISF RM, it has over 375km on the odo, tune adjusted to get 625pp, let me know if the pp rises again, but I think it's fully broken in now.

Notes
This car does what I want. That may not be what everyone wants....

Plus, the other good cars had been nicked.

Automatic Transmission should be fine with the powerband. However, you've got to at least try it with manual downshifting - the rotation it gives (really quite a lot) is very controllable and usable for the chicanes if you get it right.

Now I just wait for the wave of friend requests followed by hate mail, right? Right?

Both cars tuned ONLINE.

Transitioning to OFFLINE, S2000 feels a bit more understeery while the Zonda just feels slightly weird (Bit more oversteer, bit less predictability). If you're curious, Build your own version and try it online, out of the competition of course.

Toyota Altezza TourIng Car, "T300"
After determining that the Lancer Evolution RM was just to slow to be competitive in the F.I.T.T. 500PP race car shootout, Ol'Harvey Wallbanger went digging through his garage in search of another car. Now the Wallbanger doesn't keep a lot of race cars in inventory so selection was a bit more limited than might be hoped for. Luckily this Toyota was present and looking pretty good. After applying a rather quick tune the car proved to be an easy drive and fairly competitive with the other cars in its class. The car rotates nicely and has decent acceleration out of corners while never getting overly dramatic. As for the name the T stands for Trojan and the 300 is a reference to the HP. Hopefully others will find this to be as smooth a drive as Ol'Harvey does.

This tune was built for the FITT Race Car Tuner Challenge, 500PP division at Spa. With only five gears, I did tune this to use 1st gear in the slowest corners, unlike my normal tunes which see 1st gear as only useful for loading the car onto the trailer. I don't know if this car has enough power to win, but it should be one of the more enjoyable rides in the competition.

Enjoy.

Good thing I checked...just realized the deadline is tonight!!! I better hustle!!!

I also tested this car. It is a hair faster than my Ford GT, but not nearly as stylish or cool sounding.

Extended deadline and final cut off is 6am Eastern Standard Time on Monday. At that time, I will delete names with missing tunes and build the Google scoring sheet.

This tune was built for the FITT Race Car Tuner Challenge, 625PP division at Monza. I did break my own gearbox rules again with this car. First gear is useful to get through the first set of esses. I really like this tune. I think this may be able to give the Zonda Race Car a run, if the tune matches up well with the tester driving styles.

Enjoy.

Comments - A great sounding very fast car, predictable, lots of grip, safe to drive, should be safe to put the power down just about anywhere, just be careful not to get too happy rolling over the chicane curbing. Use second gear out of the first chicane.

Had no trouble running consistent mid - 1:39's with a best of 1:39.1. 1:38's are definitely in play.

Comments - One of my favourite cars in the game but never had a chance to race it so it was fun to drive and tune. Good grip, solid, stable, lots of hp for those long flat out runs at Spa.

Can run mid - 2:26's without breaking a sweat and my best was a 2:26.1. Had I run more laps it would have been in the 25's for sure. Should be a fun drive for everyone.

My cars are both shared. If any testers aren't currently on my friends list please let me know so I can add you.👍👍

Couple comments about "Faust" my 625PP entry...You should be braking for the first chicane around the 165-170meter point. Don't shift down lower than 2nd gear and watch how fast you feed the throttle back in while in second gear if all 4 of your wheels aren't perfectly aligned. Only 2nd gear really has this issue and not much more I could do to make it more controllable without making serious changes like completely redoing my transmission and adding ballast. The car actually handles pretty nice, just can be a touch squirrelly in 2nd is all.

Hami, "Ronald6" is coming up as "does not exist" when I try to FR him for testing. Does he go by another PSN name?

And ASCR's name is wrong in post #3. It's written as ASCR421.

Ronald's PSN has "GTP_" in front of it. 👍

And for the record, I'll post my tunes now, but if you're killed in them, that's because I'm currently killing more trees than deforestation is, just by blowing my nose. So…I'm not entirely alert or consistent, by any measure.

Anyway, didn't get as much time with these two cars as I'd have wanted, but hey, revision comes first so it's my own fault. Things to note with this car…exiting the first chicane is a bit tricky if you want to just plant the power down, but other than that, it's alright to drive, I think.

I am under some medical influence though.

Not much to say here, the car just seems to prefer short shifting before you get on the power when coming out of corners.

I'm not near my PS3, so can someone check to see if tronrider's cars are on share?

This is fun! Testing done for the day on cars in 500pp class from MCH, JohnnyPenso, robrabbitman and Ridox2JZGTE. Am yet to receive FR's from the other tuners. I'll be posting results when each class is completed.

Pretty sure I saw something earlier about splitting the 500 class for testing. Is that still on?

I'm not sure how I'll manage friending everyone. My primary account where the cars are is 100% full. I'm thinking of sending my cars to my secondary account. Not sure if Zonda will pass the CR Limit...Stand by for my FR's
