I don't know exactly what you mean![]()
I am confused on the whole costs thing.
rallymortenNono, it's just for fun really. Thought it could be fun to see how many teams would actually make it through the season without debts![]()
rallymortenMore like when you damage the suspension the team must pay for a new one![]()
This might be bad for some of you
I think the idea is great. The main problem is selling it to anybody who wants to enter. Overall, it is a good thing because it will put off anyone who thinks "I'll just enter for a bit of a laugh" if you know what I mean.
I'd like to enter WRC as an independent with a fully WRC homologated privateer car. It's not a Ford though so just wondered whether there are any spots left for that at all or even if it's okay to enter such a car. I will enable the car to be inspected should it need to be scrutineered.
For tarmac stages we'll use Racing Hards.
The way I've interpreted the OP rules about Independents WRC cars, I believe this list includes every car that falls in that category:
Ford Escort Rally Car '98
Ford Focus Rally Car '99
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV Rally Car '97
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Rally Car '99
Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car '99
Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car Prototype '01
Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car '01
Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car '03
