Any SRT-4 owners on here?

im sorta new to it, as i use to drive just a standard neon, but so far .....epic car.

If you have one what do you think of yours?

A buddy of mine has one. I was impressed. Gobs of power, we went out in my car on one of my favorite twisty roads, then he took me down it in his car and had me scared more than once! :lol:

I didn't expect it to handle anywhere near that well, and he has BFG G-force KDWs on it. He drag races it quite a bit, I went along for that once, its a pretty bouncy-wheelhopping affair, all the way up to third gear. You know the wheelhop is bad when the windshield wipers get turned on. :lol:

I like SRT4's, but I don't like most of the owners. I'll leave it at that.

Came close to trading in the gti for one over the summer but there was some complications. This is one of my main options for my next car. Really quick, relatively cheap and sounds like pure sex imo. Hopefully I am a member of this next year.

A friend of mine has one:

OZ superleggeras, Tein coilovers, Rotora brakes, Hahn Racecraft Turbo with an intercooler so big it covers the entire front fasciae, and a bucketfull of Apexi electrocontrols. It churns down 456 hp to the wheels. He tracks it every chance he gets and it is quite, quite fast. I've been in it in some full track laps and the thing handles incredibly well and is way violent, way more torque that I'd suspect from a 4. It's an awesome little car.

Not a fan of the black bonnet or headlights. I am a fan of the other mods and the body color.

No black bonnet, its carbon fiber. And yeah, the lights are somewhat sucky...

Thoughs rims on that orange blast SRT-4 look like the rims from the ACR srt4.

And cano most people with carbon hoods still call them "Black hoods or Bonnets"

Why only a week? was it a loner?

Dealership let me have the car before the deal was "finalized". (I didn't know that) They called me a few days later and wanted me to find a co-signer or they needed the car back. :yuck:

If I still had it, it would be sporting a carbon hood, carbon trunk with no spoiler, and side exit exhaust with the rear bumper flap folded under. 👍

'tis true.

I can still get some nasty wheel hop though if I do a large clutch dump. But I'd like to keep my mounts, shafts and transmission in good shape so I won't. :lol:

i went to the strip earlier, and my wind shield wipers activated when i took off....

....alot of wheel hop, and so does my friends forcus ST (sedan) with a supercharger.... wheel hops way more then i do. lol

Any SRT-4 owners on here?
