Do "you people" treat every product, company, and "guy in charge" like this or is it just GT5 and PD?

Would you want to personally call the CEO of Ford if you had a suggestion related to your new car?

I only hope that one day you get to to run a company and your customers bypass your tech support, customer service, etc, and use your personal contact information to lambast you with complaints and suggestions.
