I just got the update and I am missing half my cars thumbnails. I refreshed all cars twice now and am still missing my car thumbnails... Anyone else having this issue??
I'm also having this problem and this was my first time attempting to use the thumbnail's to see if I noticed a difference. I noticed a difference, all my cars that aren't stock now have no picture. So now I have to click on cars that I have multiples of just to see if it's the right one. Not a huge annoyance but annoying nonetheless.
I found that when I try to refresh all thumbnails, after it finishes I have to back out of the garage and come back for them to show. I don't know if you guys have tried that or not.
Press Triangle for the quick menu. There should be an option to restore all thumbnails. It takes a while to restore them but it should fix your problem

I've done the refresh twice and logged about 7 gameplay hour's in since it happened (2 day's) they aren't returning. Is there any way to restore it back to default?
this happened to me awile ago, it happened to me after i saved onto an external hard drive and reloaded the game, i assumed it was my fault, and it is very annoying.
it was a common problem after the gifting glitch, but since 2.0 you can reload all thumbnails at once, just since 2.1 have I seen this happening again...
