Well, I started this thread because a thing my teacher said the other day, that to me was kinda shocking. Well, shocking ain't the word but you know where I'm going. He said that 10% of the worlds population is homosexual. Every tenth person are in love with another person in the same gender.
Now don't get this wrong, I'm not against homosexuals. But as an example, we are about 200 pupils at my school, (yes it's a small school). That would mean that an entire class, consisting of 20 pupils are homosexual.

I post this poll we can see how rougly how many members are homosexuals.

I think your teacher has been watching certain... "niche" videos. The girls aren't ALL lesbians. They're just acting.
 
I'm not. But your stats don't surprise me, at my age half the girls seem 'interested' in same sex, and there's a few guys aswell.
 
Actually, I personally know a guy who is homosexuals . But he probably is kinda proud if it, because he act really, and I mean really queer. :indiff:

I'm not. Funny enough I've never, ever known anyone being homosexual.
 
I'm hetero, but these figures really seem to be true... hard to believe though, as stated above if you meet 200 people at least 20 are homosexual... but maybe only 2 of them do not hide that....

anyway, 10% may be a little bit too much. i would say that about 5% are more likely.
furthermore i guess that there are much less on a board that deals with a racinggame...
 
I'm pretty sure 10% isn't the case in the U.S. Where I live, I think it's probably around 5% or less, including the closet gays.

In Kent that classes as a pretty straight school.
 
I'm straight but I knew a gay guy and he was made fun of all the time in ninth grade because of it. and I think its more then 10% because at the school I went to, I didn't see more then one so the percentage is probably say about higher then ten.

i'm straight though. but, i will acknowledge the fact that a dude is good-looking if I think he is. People who think stuff like that is gay have some issues or something.

I guess I'm one ot them who make up for the remaining 5 percent. Bi here. There's no option for me in the poll. :dopey:
