My PS3 froze in the middle of the race. Did I crash someone? :guilty:

Oops. Was i supposed to host practice? Must have missed the memo. Been working too much lately and these long days are killing me. :irked:

Sorry I abandoned guys, but the lag was killing my race. Good racing anyway, looking foward to the saturday

I missed practice because I was shoveling snow. Sorry if anyone missed me. Which I'm sure is, like, one quarter of you.

Haha totally pulled a "Severn" tonight. So we run 1 race on both tracks as "qualifying". Top 5 lap times from each track are in the final.

My coworker and I end up pulling the very first race on our first track which is the tricky "city" course (two levels with a corkscrew corner). I post the second fastest lap time of that race so I'm feeling good... Next couple of races on that track the ENTIRE fields post better times than the guy who got fastest lap... So I'm like "it's cool, next track is less technical, and I know how the karts handle now so I can really kill it."

Get to the second track and just gun it... And the SPIN on my first lap. Turns out the karts are completely different between tracks... So much for that idea.

Regardless, I still post the second fastest lap time in that heat as well. So I'm hoping...

But, nope... Didn't make the final :guilty:

Should be about 100,000 GT credits or so

Guys my bad on setting the room up wrong had high voice chat
 
My apologies for not hosting. I will probably have a practice room open tonight though around 9pm est if anyone is interested. I need to test tyre wear before saturday.

Will post room # once i get it loaded here.
 
Just to let you all know, i will be making it for this weekend. :) As i mentioned earlier, the only reason i didnt race last time was due to connection issues. :(

You would probably have to make one pit stop. Two to keep your tires good. I'm actually goin try to go the full race without making a pit stop, considering how clean and consitant I was on practice.
 
my LF tires were 3-4 on la 22-25... 1-2 pit stops for me just to keep my car on track
 
What tires were you using?

Wait, that's a dumb question.
 
My LF would be in the middle of 5 when I'm done racing. I could make it.

I dont think you can paint the celica but you can change wheels. We all red this week!!

I'm going to start calling you "Mr. Clean and Consistant". I was watching your lines and smoothness at Willow Springs in the replay: very nice 👍 impressive

and you use a DS3?
 
I see 1 stop, unless I get into alot of battles with people, then I think 2 stops will be in my future. The car is amazing on the track though.
