Well I got good news. I believe my left foot is broken. Caught me right behind the steel toe. It being my braking foot idk if I can race. Just have to wait and see.

💡 Like I got told in the military , no matter what was wrong , you just run it away , so now you know what too do iff its broken chris , it may hurt a bit the first kilometer or so :odd:

If I can get this big black and blue foot in its race shoe tonight Ill be out there on the track.
 
I'll be too busy trying to find a car for the PSPEC race tonight.
we had an interesting practice last night, got used to driving at night.

And yes they make you faster as well as more consistant. Especially when you have metal pedals and a load cell. Metal pedals are much more stiff and slick they tear your feet all to hell too. More so when you must use the heal toe technique.lol

Yea well my foot feels on fire. I wacked it pretty good bud.:scared:

Oh yea and these are called mechanix wear fast fit gloves. I have tried dozens of different kinds. These are the best by far. And yes they make you faster as well. 20$ at WALMART. Be sure to get the non insulated pair. No more sweaty hands and your wheel will thank you. The gloves do npt wear the grip out at all like your grubby meat hooks.

Yea but your not heal and toe shifting either.👍
 
try some racing shoes you wont reget ot trust me. Once you get used to them you will never go back.
