Optional Team Championship - Season 6
​

  • Open to Active Drivers that meet the below requirements.
  • No extra racing is required.
  • Teams consist of two drivers which divisional total must equal 6 or greater.
  • Example – D1 driver can team up with a D5 driver (1+5=6) or two D3 drivers on the same team (3+3=6).
  • Division assignments based on the following:
    • New Race Car Series Drivers
      • S.N.A.I.L. Drivers - Based on Sunday S.N.A.I.L. division assignments at the conclusion of the previous Wednesday Night Series Season.
      • Non S.N.A.I.L. Drivers – New drivers will need to complete a full season (Minimum 5 Races) before they can compete in the optional Team Championship in order to be placed in the proper RCS Division assignment.
    • Existing Race Car Series Drivers
      • Each season, all drivers will be evaluated and placed in a RCS Division based in previous race data from within the RCS races ONLY.
  • Teams can’t change until after Wed Night Race Car Season is finished.
  • All teams must change team mates at the end of each season
  • Points awarded based on point system above.
  • Team Champions qualify for All Star Race.
  • Please paint both cars in the same team colors (body/wheel).

So if teams form, colors can still change so they match or too late for that and colors for drivers need to remain?
 
These are just default colors that unless you tell me otherwise, this is what I start with. As teams form, you can change your colors so that both drivers are in the same color.

There is a good chance I can get you in Season 6 which starts on 1/7/15. I'll let you know in the next couple days. Glad you found the topic

  • 1:40 - 2:27: Example of me taking my time with an overtake and cleanly getting it done.
  • 5:05: Example of me going off and patiently waiting for everyone to pass before returning to the track.

This is just from the most recent season's highlight reel so you can check others for examples of my clean racing/driving etiquette. In earlier seasons I was French Racing Blue. I know I still have to practice the combos more to get acclimated to them but overall you can see I am an efficient driver. Would anyone like to make a team this season? Asking to anyone Division 2 and down. I'm Division 4. Name and colors are unimportant to me, I just want to participate in the team championship for once.

Each driver will be allowed to cast 1 vote for "Original" track and 3 votes for "World" track from the list below.
Number of votes for each selection will equal the number of races participated in previous season.
(If you raced in all 8 races, your vote will carry the weight of 8 votes. If you raced in 1 race, your vote will carry the weight of 1 vote)
Top Original track and top 3 World tracks earning the most votes by 11:00AM Eastern Sunday 12/21/14 will be chosen for Season 6.

But really would like to get the ball rolling before I miss out! So @aerolite I'd just as much like to create a team with you instead should you reply first with wanting to?

And for that matter, anyone who is compatible with joining with me D5 or D6 and wants to just reply!

Hey Grimm, was wondering why it shows no votes for me. I sent in my votes in a pm to you last night at 10:19pm. I spent a lot of time testing every single track!
I believe my vote would change one of the tracks as well!
 
And whats with all the hate towards the Red Bull Ring?

Yes it did. It dropped Nurburgring and Silverstone took its place.

BTW - Major announcement is going to take place if anyone wants to play a game. Need 4 more
 
I plan to be back full time next season. Just hope I can do this. 3 more BTW.
 
It was tough picking the tracks, the car worked so well on them all. Couldn't get into a good flow at Twin Ring though. I wasn't going to bother trying Daytona but when I did I found it to be one of the funnest cars I have driven on that track and ended up picking it as a choice. Ya just never know!
