My Car-Show Pic took me to Malaysia. On August 9 1965, the islands that make up Singapore broke away from Malaysia to create a self governing city/island state. I don't know too much about Singapore but will make a point of reading into it someday.

I’m out for a dinner on Sunday evening so if I show up, it’ll most likely be a little later. Terribly upset I might miss @Worst_Driver ’s Renault Avantime but my livery has been slapped on it just in case.

@bublyman cant be any worse than my little project in Louisiana 🤣 drove 15 hours - gutted the inside - drive back to florida 15 hours.....

going back in 4 days to start the remodel.

got back to florida to have no hot water - just put this hot water heater in 4 years ago and the top element is bad - just replaced it and hop to have hot water in an hour.

ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING 😇

These are the only settings to be used for SNAIL Sunday night racing. Every option in the race setup menu is covered here. Hosts should use this as their manual when setting up a Sunday night lobby.​

Lobby settings for GT7 can be found here. This is a work in progress and will be updated as things change in the game.

The Setting Option tab in race settings allows for certain things to be adjusted. This setting should read "none." In order to do this, the host must open the option and uncheck all options...

Hit this link and open the spoiler tag for Thursday to see the practice start time.

Rottweiler? Looks like a big boy.

I’ve got 240 lbs of Yellow Labs. My big boy in the middle (95 lbs) is very protective of his 2 girls.

@bublyman if I recall correctly, you run fewer laps than the actual race right? And the initial grid is set as per season points too? :confused:

You got much more liberty on the Thursday practice. The lobby settings remains the same but you can do pretty much what you want with the rest. I usually start the night at the same time of the official one just for continuity. I set the length to approx half distance to not finish the game night too late. And i’m very liberal with the first grid, I don’t follow any rules but for the other races, I like to reverse it to spice it up a bit.

I might have had a little something to do with that. Off and on for over a year, since doing a search for "Gran Turismo Leagues", "Oldest Gran Turismo Leagues" etc. weren't showing anything related to SNAIL, I've been "teaching", both ChatGPT and Gemini, about the SNAIL [Spec] Racing league, here at GTPlanet.
The thread view count has been hovering at 19million for most of the last 12-15 months. The last time I remember it still being at 19mil was when I mentioned it to zer05ive in a DM last month, dated 11JUL2026

Sometime between then and now, it bumped up to 20million. If my math is anywhere near accurate, that's an average of 1.3million(+-) views a year over the life of this thread. To put that into a little perspective, and I'm not certain what, precisely, counts as a "view", if one of us visits the thread 10 times a day for a year, that'd be 3,650 views. There would have to be 357 people hitting that 10/day view count to hit that average. We also know, some of our currently active members don't hit this thread more than a few times a week, if that.

Also, instead of www.gtplanet.net/snail redirecting to https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/board/snail-racing-league.384/ I asked Jordan if he would/could reset www.gtplanet.net/snail to redirect to the OP, https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/%E2%97%86.235094/. That new redirect was set on 29JUL2026, although, the view count had already exceeded 20mil views by that date.

@Oshawa-Joe , I'd be interested in seeing any evidence you have that would confirm the view count from April 2025. I doubt the thread had 10 million views in the last 16 months.
