Heres a few pictures of some D1 action tonight. We were missing a few regulars but that didnt stop us from having a fun night of close battles

Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversion ation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1,@zer05ive ,@Rednose58,@MajorBlixem & @SAMHAIN85 as participants.

The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.

I knew that was the case when it was released. It'll be fixed probably by next week. The silent downshifts and odd low speed handling.

It most likely to be fixed tonight with the update. With a little luck they will fix the low resolution of the decal since the 1.23 update and tyre model.

People are saying it feels like it's going into neutral even though it's not showing up on the HUD as N. Low speed is definitely tough because the car wants to go faster. Try to keep a little throttle on even in low speed turns and keep it in 3rd. Maybe 2nd for a split second when turning in but if you need throttle go up a gear. These newer hyrbid F1 cars have insane amounts of torque and even the drivers have had to drive them differently from what they were used to.

“An in-game notification reveals the existence of the new update. It’s due to be with us following a short maintenance period on Tuesday morning. The announcement reads:

At the following time, we will perform maintenance on the ‘Gran Turismo Sport’ servers. A new game update will also be available after the maintenance. Please note that during this time the online services, including [Sport Mode], will not be available.

[Day & Time]
7 August, 2018, 04:00 – 06:00 UTC

* The above time is subject to change.”
 
A quick search for replays by tags just revealed that D3 is the only division that has all of their replays found by using the tag.

D1 and D4 have nothing that can be found using the tag.
D2 has everything except for round 3 race 2.

If you have shared the replays, please check your tags. If you haven't shared the replays, you have until 8PM ET to get it done.

Hopefully they can fix the stuck car glitch. Its a bit annoying.

D2: I didn't make the tag correctly. Sorry.

I have upload the replay again with the correct tag.
