I have read the first post and would like to re-join SNAIL

@thorracing

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1,@zer05ive ,@Rednose58,@MajorBlixem & @SAMHAIN85 as participants.

The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL :cheers:

I had to travel for work today so I'm not able to group the prize A suggestions until o get back. @Herimopp89 is clear to make his choice as the deadline has passed. If he hasn't done so by the time I can group the suggestions, I will do that and tag him again.

This also means that since @MikeGrove has already used prize C this season, all who raced in D2 this Sunday get to vote to freeze the car or the track.

If you are tagged in this post, you have until noon ET on Wednesday to vote to freeze the Aston Martin or Dragon Trail.

@Rednose58 @TomMang_68 @Rob Brown @RacingOtaku86 @Jw_wk1010 @N38824r @soundtiger95 @Dagmyers @llNovall

Voting may close early if a majority is reached before the deadline. Once voting is closed, @Zalcecan will be clear to choose the other half of the combo.

This is for everyone. Please do not make posts updating the vote count during this process. There is enough thread traffic with the suggestions for prize A and this voting that a count will just clutter things up worse than it already is.
Sorry missed the deadline been at work

Autodrome Lago Maggiore - West II
5:00 Clear
Did 1 lap and parked it cause I couldn’t handle how much I enjoyed it. So idk the times.

After careful determination I have choose this for prize a this week. I have been practicing since about 430pm est and had a great deal of fun with other combos. Thanks to everyone who submitted a combo had to make it very hard to choose this week.

This one just felt awesome I think it will be super racy. After about 15 laps the best lap I could muster was a 1:26.2 I could definitely find more time with more practice.

I think you just inspired me to do the old Geoff Bodine livery on the beemer. He was popular in these parts and a hometown favorite at the Glen (although he did not win many races in the Winston Cup series). Yes - I’m old.

we should have a weekend where everyone has vintage/classic nascar paint schemes would be so cool to see on the replays
