We are planning on getting there by 6 pm on Friday. It's a 16 hour race over Saturday and Sunday with an extended red flag overnight. No work can be done to the car. No refueling, no cleaning windows, etc. Race time is 9-5 (or 8-4). We're staying in our camper at the track.

If you get there by 5-ish you can race karts with me.
 
The SNAIL Oval Racing Series will be making it's return in the very near future.

At this point, I know that it will run on Saturday nights and will have a short track feel to it. A dedicated thread will be created very soon and racing will begin just as soon as I can figure out what the course creator is going to allow me to do.

You mean it didn't already return last week? :lol: I guess the Red Devil is a precursor to the future.
 
The course maker is only on iPad App Store just downloaded it

Anyone able to get it on the Google Play Store? I need to figure out which country is able to download it so I can spoof my tablet via VPN. So far it's still "unavailable in my country"
 
Maybe it's still in roll-out phase (just published). I'll be patient, come back from school, and then I'll check again. So far looks like people with an iPad are already enjoying it. :ouch:

Seriously. What a disappointment. Hopefully it's just a first installment. My thoughts, this is how they are going to try to get around a class action lawsuit.

The sharing feature will still be awesome, if it works. If anyone can load a real world track, then share it, so that we can race on it, that's still a win. (See, half full 👍)

Ya I think it's tablet only. I would hope they'll release it on mobiles at some point.

I have Bluestacks on my PC, but I don't see it there. I'll keep checking to see if it shows up eventually.

If you search on chrome, it will show up and redirect you to the play store. So far it's still rolling out, so it's incompatible in my country.
 
I was messing around with the @msgt-sd awesome random combo generator and it throws a lot of good combinations so it's kind of hard to choose... anyways... Prize A selection is:

Acura NSX concept '13 @Nürburgring GP/F

Average lap time: mid 2:02 with room for a second or maybe two of improvement

552 PP before oil change
559 PP after oil change

Tires are Racing Hard.

It costs 1 million rupees but I think it's worth the money. A quick tip, break a little bit early than usual. If you come in to a corner to fast, you will get understeer.

It's past 3am here... can't sleep. :banghead:

You know Falango, I haven't forgotten that you said Sierra seemed very, "Course Creator generated." I had a feeling you knew what you were talking about. :cheers:

Haha, ya it just seemed very generic to me. There were some props and scenery pieces laid out, but for the most part, the track didn't seem carved out of the terrain. Turns out it was just a big test for the Course Creator.

On that note, I searched via a browser on Bluestacks, and found the GT6 Track Path Editor app, but it says it's not available in my country. Hmmmmm.

I think that if I can get it on the emulator, it could be much easier to create tracks from track maps that I have on my PC. Height information won't be there, but I could see what could be done about that.

Just wait for the app to roll out, or wait for some of the apk mirror websites to upload them. For example Pewdiepie's game was released on the 24th (can be found on chrome) but only appeared in my playstore today. (6 days)
