When creating the conversation, I received an automated message from the site that I can't start a conversation with @Bologna_Duc . The setting to allow conversations had been turned off completely. That is clearly only something I can change. I’ve no idea how I fat fingered that. :banghead: Neglect unintentional but understand we’ve moved on to another process for prize C.
 
Our power is out here. Stewards update will come first thing in my morning and the prize selection process will get started then.

I apologize for the delay but trying to do all that from my phone just isn't happening tonight. I have checked into a hotel for the night as it's still over 90 degrees here and we're not sleeping without the benefit of AC.
 
Prize Update

The stewards have completed enough reviews (and I have electricity again) to clear this week's prize winners as announced.

@TEX36 you are on the clock to select Prize A
@Kgffy you are on the clock to use or pass the freeze
D3 you are all on standby to either vote on something or make suggestions.

Gentlemen, We have a very short amount of time to get this done before practice today. Please make your selections as soon as possible. I will be monitoring the site all day with a minor exception for a meeting at work at 11 AM PT.

I apologize I know not passing freeze will take longer, but I don’t win Prizes often and would like to pick a track or combo of my own.

Actually, passing the freeze makes it a little easier and quicker.

  • If you raced in D3 on Sunday, you get to vote to freeze the car or the track. You are voting to freeze (keep) BMW M4 GR.4 (SS) or Suzuka Circuit - 15:45 Fine Weather.
  • You must post here, in the main thread, to vote. A simple post with the word car or track is fine. If you want to say BMW or Suzuka, that's fine too. There shouldn't be any room for confusion on this one.
  • You are not allowed to edit your post to change your vote.
  • This process will go fast as the deadline to cast a vote will be 5 PM ET or when a majority is reached.
  • As always, please don't take up thread space by tallying the votes.

@Kgffy I strongly recommend that you have something ready to go for either option.

I drove this car not long ago. It is absolutely wonderful and well behaved. You can bet that I have a rusty old version in my stable!

Last week we filled up the official practice lobby so a few were locked out from joining. Tex/Bologna opened up an overflow room and we had steady numbers all night in both. I'd like to have a plan in place for tonight incase this happens again to make things run smooth and on time. If someone could be on deck ready to open a 2nd room that'd be great. But we wont know if we'll need 2 lobbies until after practice begins. Please post if you're willing and able.

If we do need a 2nd lobby, would you guys rather have segregated D1/D2 & D3/D4 lobbies, or have both lobbies be a mixture of all divisions? The goal no matter what will be to have both lobbies even with #s, not two lopsided ones.

I can host a practice lobby if need be. I would just make them random, as there may be more or less being represented from any given pairing.

Cut a corner too close at an intersection. Took out one short of the corner, one at the corner, and one after the corner. Transformer was on the corner pole.

Evidently he was a new driver just out of school for the just started tomato season.

Nope. Local food processing company that hires their own drivers. Only about 10% of them come back for a second season with the company. Just a job for a truck driver to get hours and experience and go somewhere else.
