I like the Kudosprime versions. More car brochure like.
The older versions are more uniform. Easier to recognize.
Understood. The https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt7/carlist site does have those images as well and they appear a tad better quality than what kudos posts. The older ones are easier to recognize.
Mobile users perspective: the kudosprime is better. Same clarity, larger imageOn my screen here, the kudos image looks "dingy", the gt7 carlist image appears to have a brighter white on the car. Maybe it's just me wanting it to be better.
Which banner? I'd like to see any example. The banner and car image isn't as important to me as the data featured in the combo post. As long as that's easily viewable in mobile format, which it is, I'm happy.
Give me a bit. Want to find out when we last raced that alpha then will get the banner posted from that week. With that image in it.Which banner? I'd like to see any example. Turns out that 155 hasn't been ran since 2016 and it being in the LCD in 7 has limited its capacity to pick. So, I stabbed in the file to g-drive, changed the reference key in combo history to pull it and stabbed the car into this week's combo banner for you to peruse.Which banner? It looks good all three ways. The kudosprime is the best reference for how the car should appear. The Alpha picture type is the most action packed. The RCR Civic picture is the prettiest. I usually only pay attention to the meat and potatoes in the middle there. I say go with the pretty ones now that I see them all together.Turns out that 155 hasn't been ran since 2016 and it being in the LCD in 7 has limited its capacity to pick. Sorry boys have been MIA for past few weeks. Currently on vacation in Virginia. Managed to get a track day at VIR on Friday. Wish this track was in GT, otherwise iRacing version is very good (not to sway anyone). In any case, the track is a blast and fully recommend to anyone. Checking off my list. Here’s my best onboard lap in my BRZ. Cheers and will see you back online next week.
So are we doing the Alfa? Im not seeing it in my LCD.Turns out that 155 hasn't been ran since 2016 and it being in the LCD in 7 has limited its capacity to pick. I saw that, but then I saw this Alfa posted. Thought I'd ask to be sure.Post in thread '◆ SNAIL [Spec] Racing - Join Now!' https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/◆-snail-spec-racing-join-now.235094/post-14490745
I personally like the new images with the more realistic look of the cars. Not as dull as the originals. I can see the other side of how others say that the old ones are easy to recognize. If you're looking for the car in the dealership and there's multiples that lookalike, you can quickly find it at a glance. The Alfa is just there for an example of the picture. Trying out new things looking for opinions. Which type of picture would you prefer BTW?
