The premium cars and those obtainable from the OCD have no distance of mileage, and hence you don't need to re-reinforce the chassis or exchange the oils.
In case you're wondering and I only just realised this myself as well is that 0/0/0 refers to 0 changes, 0 miles and 0 wins. Took me a while to work that one out, lol.

Any colour ticket except white which is a gifted item will give a 0/0/0 because it has been won from an event, or is inside a lvl ticket or ticket 1000.
