Mmm, tasteful: it's the world's longest Ferrari
Who needs Frankfurt when there's a gem like this on your doorstep? This is, believe it or not, the world's first-ever Ferrari stretch limo: a 23-foot 360 Modena with eight seats and the biggest electric gullwing doors we've ever seen.

It's the handiwork of Style Limousines in Manchester, which spent more than £200,000 modifying the rear-engined 360.

All eight of the seats are carbon-fibre buckets with five-point race harnesses - which might sound excessive until you discover that the 3.6-litre V8 remains, its 395bhp propelling the mega-Ferrari to 60mph in under six seconds. Could prove a challenge not to spill your cheap champagne.

Those gullwing doors are nine-foot long and were designed by one of the teams responsible for the Mercedes SLR McLaren.

If you really, really feel the need to see the stretch Ferrari in the flesh, it'll be debuting at the European Limousine & Chauffeur show this weekend alongside Europe's biggest stretch Hummer (classy) and an array of scantily clad 'limo girls' (even classier).

As we said, who needs Frankfurt?

Its a clever idea and piece of engineering but I still hate it.👎

my dad had a boxster limo, ftw. he sold it though, and the guy that bought it turned it back to a normal boxster... nftw.

WTF? This is stupid and pointless. The point of a Limo isn't to get somewhere fast but to get somewhere with alot of people comfortably. They've got racing seats set in 2 seat rows with no room in that thing--that has to be the most retarded idea I've ever seen.

Gross. Some people have WAAAAAYYYY too much money and time.

The question is: Why? How could you destroy such an awesome automobile? I am insulted. We invented shotguns for situations like these.

Look on the bright side, eventually it's going to burn to the ground since it's still got the standard V8.

Bah...I think is fun and cool. If it’s someone else’s car, who cares that they did it to a Ferrari? I can appreciate the uniqueness of it.

I think it looks neat, but they did, as JCE pointed out, kinda defeat the point of a Limo. And defeated the point of a Ferrari in the handling department... so it fails on those fronts. Its just there for looks, like most things these days =/

accually a limo isnt about comfort at all. A limo has only one job. to make $ for the owner.

I totally fail to see the point of mid-engined limos, be they Countach knockoffs or ruined 360 Modenas. I'd rather have a 412 Automatic. And spend the rest of the money required to ruin a 360 Modena on a house.

Actually, the point of a limo is to make money for the driver.

BTW, I know a ton of people who'll debate whether or not Wikipedia is an authoritative source.

I'm pretty sure this limo will do its job well... despite the debatability of the comfort of five point harnesses, I'm pretty sure a ton of people are willing to pony up money to get to the prom or their wedding in a stretched Ferrari...

Sure, it's a waste of a Ferrari... but if they didn't do it, it'd probably have burned to the ground anyway...

But Wiki isn't the only source I posted. The definition of limousine speaks for itself.

If that guy went to the 'Ring, I be he could charge a 200 bucks to ride in it....

I hate it when people butcher cars to make them limos

 i don't know what to say now....impressive or down right dumb? Well, there's always two sides of the story (or so it was...) One was an owner who thinks it cool to do this and the other was an owner who got too much money on his hands and decide to make this Ferrari a limo for the sake of it!

I don't have a say in this, all i can say is "meh!"

Uh, who needs what? Its either a place with some of the hottest concept and pre-production cars in the world (with even hotter girls :p) or a place for sideshow freaks....
Frankfurt, here i come!

Fixed.

I was mildly entertained. I've seen a pic of original Cobra stretched limo, and while I thought that was kinda funny, I totally understood this another guy getting really upset over it. It was a very(even for exotics) valuable and rare car they butchered. 360, not as much.

On the definition of limo, if you are concerned about that, you are missing the point. This thing is a glorified taxicab(it's for hire - $$$). It's a great PR for the specialty limo service this company offers, I don't think it's pointless.

The driver should seriously consider make a living out of it on the Ring, but I am afraid it will break if it handles by Sabine.

Ring taxi? Can you say "chassis non-rigidity"? Most stretch jobs have the structural stiffness of wet spaghetti... and while this may have been built to stiffer specs, I rather doubt you'd want to see your investment go down the drain when rivets start popping as the car tries to make it round the Karussel.

Pros:
-Looks better than the normal 360.
-Probably an awesome party vehicle.

Cons:
-Waste of money.
-700 Quid an hour?!
