The ArticleSports cars have a sort of Reebok sure-footed quickness about them that is completely absent in the TT. No surprise, really. This two-seater is built on a VW-sedan platform, your basic all-wheel-drive Golf togged out in designer duds. And that's the way it dances, with too much pitch and dive following throttle changes and too much wait-for-me when you steer. It's always a step behind the beat.
Thats hot....lol, I really hate those wheels! on any car.....CAMAROBOY69I just have to post a pic that CrackHoor posted in the Lowrider thread.
LoudMusicHmmm. Interesting that you like it so much.
In this R&T article, "Blow Dryers" from 2003 they pitted the roadster TT against the Boxster S, S2000, 350Z Roaster, and the BMW Z4 3.0. The TT came in dead last, by a lot. The magazine article includes a point system with graph. On a 100 point scale the TT was more than 10 points behind 4th place.
So in other words, you'd be better off with something a little more purpose built.
idleprocessC&D didn't have MY TT though, 350+ HP, VCD, Race suspension, Race gearbox, etc. Tuned up this car is 'fun'.
I'll get back in it tonight, bone stock, and see if I still like it though.
