I saw this on CNN. The first series of odd numbers. Incase you did not know 1-03-05 is a date. Just thought I share this it seems a bit interesting.
Matrixhasu77I registered on 2-2-2002. How's that for odd (except for the fact that all the numbers are even)?
Interesting is it not?Event HorizonWow. Big news...![]()
It appears not even you are adhering to your own rules of writing out the date, since you didn't write it as dd-mm-yy, but dd-m-yyyy. If you'd followed your own directions, the 19th of September would read as follows:daanthe 19th of september 1991 was palindromic (If you ignore the Americans and write the date the way it should be written dd-mm-yy).
1991991
I was only illustrating that the day should be before the month. You're being too picky again....Anderton PrimeIt appears not even you are adhering to your own rules of writing out the date, since you didn't write it as dd-mm-yy, but dd-m-yyyy. No you were NOT illustrating the correct way to format the date. You were drawing everyone's attention to the fact that September 19, 1991 was supposedly PALINDROMIC.daanI was only illustrating that the day should be before the month. You're being too picky again....

Ha thats true. I agree americans should go to the way you guys write the date. BTW I am not really american even though I am a citizen of the US . I was born in another country.daanthe 19th of september 1991 was palindromic (If you ignore the Americans and write the date the way it should be written dd-mm-yy).

But the important part was not the dd-mm-yyyy bit. Yes, there is an extra m in there, so what? The important bit was illustrating that it wouldn't work if the date was written US-style. If it was written UK style, then it works.Anderton PrimeNo you were NOT illustrating the correct way to format the date. And are you honestly going to sit there, after nitpicking about the order of month, day, and year, and say I'm being too picky?

True that - though it's fun nonetheless. I used to send vat_man a private message every day that the US day and the rest-of-world day was the same (February 2, for instance, will be written as 2/2/05 in both places) though I haven't done it in a while (as he doesn't come around much anymore).Numerology explains everything, especially if you're all out of excuses.
WHOA! Thats really crazy! Man I would be totally freaked out by that! But I am sure I would probably get used to it after a while.M5PowerInteresting - my wife's parents share the same birthday. Similarly interesting is that my wife's birthday is a day before my mother's, while her mother's birthday is a day before mine.
