That Citreon event pays 1.5 million, but the car you need for it costs 850,000. Still, together with the Ford GT event, it's a pretty good payday. The exp you get is pretty incredible as well.

You can also win the Citroen car for free from getting gold in the Sebastian Loeb challenges. That's how I did it. I even won them on the DS3 controller.

I can confirm you get a random nascar for getting all golds on the Jeff Gordon Special Event

There is no more restrictions on events. Changing the oil is fine.
