if you tweak the 6th gear ratio you can get it up to 300... i did it last night with my roomate's escuedo.  also turn the downforce all the way down and slam it to the ground, they will both help reduce aero drag...

I have 1,790 Horsepower, which is 1 less than you have Criquito, and I have managed to hit a whopping 1151.5 MPH on the test track. If you check out my topic I started called OVER 1000mph you'll see how I set my Escudo up to obtain such speeds, and I used zero cheats...

i have an escudo at 1810 and when you decrease the d-force up front to the lowest adn the opposite in the back and turn off all teh comps oyu can go 700, i have heard rumors of 1000=mph

You're not actually going 1000+ MPH.  Your wheels are just spinning that fast!  The car is still traveling around 250 or so.
