Type V is the 4hr course, which is the entire thing with the GP track but no day/night change.
Not sure what name the game has given the 24hr course, but it will include the GP track and day/night transitions
Nurburgring Type V is a Nurburgring Nordschleife layout that includes the GP/D part. There's one w/o weather change & time, & another w/ those. The w/o weather & time version you can get by getting all bronze on AMG Academy & the other one getting all gold.
