2.09 patch new leaderboard list

Agreed, i think this falls into the echeat category as it is in no way realistic.

I'm not accepting them so 3b is considered cheating.

Ok so I ran this "MLG Dallas" and his 8.7 ACR, long story so rear carefully.

First thing he says when I entered his room was to go to "Watch Race" so I can see his 8.7 ACR. Apparently he lines up at a mark at SSRX, tries to launch at "00" and then guesstimates when he crosses the line 400M later. THAT'S how he gets his times He refused to run me then only said he would do it if I ran on time. I agreed and every single time he went a FULL SECOND early, then says HAHA I BEAT YOU. We get a ghost and I smoke him by 5 cars. He says "Oh that wasn't 3B launch, anyone can do a standard launch hahaha". He then gets another guy to ghost and strangely he takes forever to ghost, but when he does go, its at every 10 sec interval, so like at 40, 50 and 00 he ghosts while this guy anticipates it and jumps saying "I treed you hahahah". I asked if I can bring one of my guys to ghost and he says "NONO, you'll just tell each other when to ghost".

These guys know absolutely NOTHING about drag racing yet the think they are the 🤬.

You just summed up the vast majority of the GT5 drag community there. I don't know why but drag racing and over inflated ego's tend to have a lot in common on GT5, not hating on the whole drag community here, most of the regulars here are very humble from my experience, but out in the wild online world of GT5 drag racing it's full of chimps bashing their chests to prove who the alpha is.

Also what's this 3B launch? I've been out of the loop to long to know now. Or is it another case of try and keep it "hush hush" like the E-cheat lol which didn't work too well.

To keep this post on topic, best of luck with setting up the leaderboard mazdaman, it will be a big undertaking, just an opinion/word of advice, the more restrictions there is put in place for submiting times to keep it "fair" the less sucsessfull it will be.

??????????? I only have the right restrictions up I'm sick of people trying to down the thread after a good luck post just post the friggen pics and be proud of you and your tune..........

Lol calm down, I'm only talking about restrictions in the sence of having to post videos etc and all that extra hassle to submit a time, a certain other website has tryed and tested method of two pictures for submission, 1st one on track after it gives you results once you cross the mile line, 2nd one full screen of results page, as they say "if it aint broke don't fix it"

The commuity here is smart enough to point out a bogus time that uses E-cheat or photoshop or 3B whatever that is.

And don't worrie I will start posting times once you set up a leaderboard, all I see so far in the first post is "I think we should make a new list and make the drag fun again.... "

Agreed. It was fine before. If a guy beats people like swarwa and other top guys by like .050 and you never heard of him most of the time its not real. But maybe once in a million there may be a guy with one super fast car. But we can pick it out.

I doubt it, they're all a bunch of try hards that play all sorts of games. They been playing this game for 2 weeks and only play against each other. I was trying to get ptk to join and record some of it but he was busy with Battlefield...
