2.09 patch new leaderboard list

So no timed launches either ? Timed isn't a cheat, just a way to get the car to launch at a reasonable rpm rather than bouncing off a limiter, not very hard to figure out. Just hit the gas at 0 so the cars engine is around 5000 rpm when launching (varies from car to car), just a little more time consuming for us. Need to get this straight first.

People do timed launches in real life too, so I don't see why we SHOULDN'T allow timed launches.

I'm scratching my head, scraping my tunes, and starting over.
We missed something. We rushed a lot of these cars taking the same mold and applying it to every car. Maybe the leaderboard is to blame for that, "Nukes Top Tunes" as well. (Not hating on his thread by any means, it is extremely beneficial to people new to drag racing and I have even used it on a particular car that I couldn't crack).

While I must commend him for finding a new way to tune and get impressive times but is this a realistic or practicsl method that can be replicated while driving in real life ? That's what we strive for, hence no ebrake tapping and other weird stuff.

Also most of the time I get my fastest times once in a while with amazing shifting. I don't think I or other people will be able to have a camera every single time and what if they can't get that time again. I say pictures are fine. It wasn't an issue before.

I don't think you understand what I meant by taking a video. Reread my post. You take a video of the REPLAY, no need to redo your best run...

I admire your photoshop skills sir... actually not really, a chimpanzee could have shopped this. Now shows us a pic of your car after you crossed the 1000M line, and maybe a video too

Some numbers are slightly, slightly out of alignment, and the fact that he took a perfect picture, perfectly aligned and flat to make it easier. If the camera were at an angle to the TV, it would be much harder to photoshop and help prove this time. I invite him to do so

I'm making a picture right now highlighting his immature mistakes. But looks like all the stats are valid but the 1/4 mile time, I'm going to run my RAM to compare.

I believe you, and heard about the method, props on thinking way outside the box, but since its not realistic to do in real life I don't think it will be accepted by many.

It's one thing to find a glitch that gives you .010, another completely that gives you half a second.
