No it doesn't.
Actually, they said it when they
officially announced the features of in-game XMB.
If I had to guess I would say that Polyphony is including this in the upcoming update as they are part of Sony and most likely knew this was coming before now. But I am just guessing.
Yeah, how dare they try to work with developers to make the system more friendly for them! I mean, it was only available for developers to make custom music a part of the game from day one. [/sarcasm]
The developers didn't give it to you, not Sony.
Yeah, trophies seem like a very foreign concept to the GT series....
I am guessing the PSN trophies will be things like all bronzes in all events, all silver, all golds, 25% complete, 50% complete, 100% complete, etc. The kind of stuff that gave us free cars (or unlocked access to some) in the past.
They may even add stuff like, race 100 races on line. I can see a lot of opportunities.
I was thinking the same thing. It would take effort for me to do that.
I hope most of that was sorting your music to find what you wanted. Copying from external sources or over a network moves much faster than that. I know I can copy my entire 2GB USB thumb drive in a matter of minutes.
Wow, dude. It has been rumored since at least March and confirmed for most of June.
I suggest venturing out of just the Gran Turismo forums and check out the Playstation 3 forums on this very site. You will find we have tons of information and news regarding your favorite console. And if you have those other consoles we discuss those too.
No, there is no voice-chat capabilities in the XMB during games. It is still only in games that provide it, which means we will likely get it as an option in the GT5P update later this year before Sony adds it to the firmware update.
Not yet. It has to be updated to do so.
Check out this thread for a full list of games that support them right now.
