Why wont you do ebay? Its a perfectly fine place for PC components (dont do it for car parts though), I just recently got a Cisco 2514 from there for 75 dollars, hell of a deal.

i use it for car parts, so far i got a 180sx rear center garnish, strut tower bars (front and rear), and JDM front turn signals. and it all went fine O_O

it looked like the screen was swaying. sort of like if someone was using a camcorder.
