Does anybody have the final free practice standings? I caught on the news on the way home that Kimi has fastest with Lewis about 6th.

Looks like I might have to tape the race as the wife has got something special for the weekend, don't know what it is yet but it's not sexual she says.

Seems the rain dance paid off, might have to change my opinon to MacMercs after all. I will be shouting at the telly if the drivers, especially those in red cars, start cutting chicanes without penalty.

Hamilton actually says Kimi doesn't have any balls....Wow, what an A-hole comment. Hamilton's ego is getting a bit ouf of hand, i love Formula1 and comments like these really put me off. Regardless of who wins loses or whatever, these are the most talented drivers on earth and to imply something like that is a complete lack of respect towards his fellow drivers. Lewis has talent but apparently lacks class.

Rubbish. It can't possibly have been that dark.
Of course it shouldn't be that dark, but its the only dark photos I could find! :dopey:

Still photography can always be misleading, especially in the fast-shutter cameras they use in this case...
Well that as well, but all those photos are taken from the pits so maybe there wasn't enough light to make the picture brighter? (or low camera exposure maybe?) But of course the whole of Monza is covered by tall trees, could be that as well.....

Looking at F1.com's shots it was about as dark as Fuji.
Well maybe not. Fuji was special because the track is on a very high altitude and the fog almost played a big roll throughout the race. I think Monza isn't really that bad now I've seen some of those pictures......

What would you call someone who break tested you before a chicane?

Personally I'd call him the dead guy they scraped off my front wing. Fortunately for Kimi, Lewis' reactions are a damn sight faster than mine. I do think if he'd done that to me and then I'd lost about 6 points worth of position after making the stupid mistake of avoiding a crash, I'd be publicly questioning Raikkonen's testiculosity as well

Is this a hypothetical question?

The only time I can recall being brake tested was on the Hollywood freeway at 3am. I don't remember there being any chicanes, but I do remember saying "I hope they don't have guns".

If it happened now I would probably use "putain".

What does any of this have to do with Monza?

Suggesting Kimi braked early on that purpose can easily lead you suggesting Hamilton took the short cut deliberately. In my opinion, both hypothesis are wrong and out of the point. Now let’s just hope the stewards will act like professionals at Monza.

As for the language abuse, even if picked, Hamilton should not throw it the wrong direction. If not at all.

And it's comments like these, it's guys like Montoya and Alonso, and drivers like Sato, that bring the excitement the average person might need to watch F1. A favourite article, including some sentences Hamilton might consider saying.

F1 cameras take pictures with very fast shutter-speeds, and with the aperture as small as possible to allow a better depth of field (hence minimizing the chances for an out-of-focus picture). That type of photography needs very good lightning to look bright...

Glock was fastest in final Practice from Vettel and Rosberg. Naturally it was a wet session.

They've done, probably, a single lap. It doesn't make any sense to run in this wetness, since even in the rain, whatever you set up changes completely as soon as the rain changes - which it does all the time.

c'mon luis dont be a small mind!

As every race goes past, I dislike Brundle & Allen more and more as commentators.

Throwing a fit of excitement over Hamilton being 15th, and the implications of it, when Massa and Raikkonen were 12th and 14th respectively.

Of course, as usual, one minute later, they realise, and awkwardly acknowledge it. Then are too busy repeating themselves over Hamilton they barely bat an eyelid at Massa moving into 10th.

I really hope the Beeb get someone else next year.
