True enough, but what if people what to know a certian song that they just don't know? They would have to do quite a bit of research around the interweb just to find out one song. The thread was made to help people who like the videos, since some actually make the race 20X more exciting than they actually were (Bahrain the year comes to mind).
The forums at Final Gear do this for Top Gear and Fifth Gear and they've help me figure out some songs, now its time to do it for F1 since it doesn't say what song they use at the end link in some Game Trailers.

And if you don't want to take part, you don't have to if you don't want to.
 
If it was a list of the intro and ending songs to the ITV and BBC coverage over the past 2 years or so I would be interested.
 
Sometimes things have to be generalised on an internet forum, otherwise you will end up with a whole lot of threads with hardly any posts which have basically the same subject wasting space, rather than one thread with all the information compiled together. I know that sometimes it's a bad idea to compile slightly varying subjects together, but in this case I think it would be better as the subject doesn't come up very much.

At least, that's just my opinion. 👍
