SP9 GT3. Its 11th Overall as well at the moment.
 
The BMW Z4 GT3 are in the GT 3 class. In the VLN and the 23h it is called SP9. (Special 9 )
 
Interestingly, the BMW M3 GT2 cars here today are based on the Rahal Letterman cars in the ALMS as opposed to the cars that ran at Spa.
 
Yeah to be legal in the LMS the M3's had to have completely different rear-end suspension etc.

The BMW M3 GT2 are in the E1-XP -> Prototype class (like the Hybrid Porsche)
 
#2 R8 with puncture and a Mini and 1 series crashed
 
Can't say I find the driver in the Mini to be of sound mind turning back into the BMW like that.
 
When we had a short on-board with the M3, it looked like it had a very bad vibration

Edit: Just showed a big crash between a Mini and BMW 1 sereis.
 
Does anybody know what those metal 'cans' are for that they put over the exhaust pipes of the R8's when they pit?
 
One of the Lexus LF-A is in the pits. One of the mounting points of the frontfender broke and they are trying to fix it...
I think they just should use TAPE... like all others do ;)

#100 Audi is on a tear, third in class and overall. Just set fastest lap.

It has some safety reasons. But I don´t remember the "exact" reason right now. The Engines have to be turned off during refilling.
I don´t know if the "exception" is still existing, but I think Turbos are allowed to stay on. (So the Turbos don´t brake)

Some boobies, not too special in Germany. :lol:

The crash was definitely the fault of the Mini, but I can imagine why he drove to the right and hit the BMW. 💡

#107 is now my second favourite car in the race.

The track is looking lovely in this evening light, glad to see Manthey #1 is still leading.
