Got a backup Driver MLR_Specter... would he be a back up driver for all teams? Or one specific? If it is team specific, then he will be a backup driver for team Lexus

It is team specific, however if a driver isn't needed on their team then they can race for another team. So it's team prioritized.
 
I am pretty much open for any team back up driver but because of racing in real life i dont know how many i am going to make but we will see1 Go team JAG!
 
Lounge is up,practicing at the moment.Just cannot get the car to work.
Compared to the GT3 Corvette in my previous race series or my Blitz ER34 it's just no fun to drive.
Steering is completely dead and feels "pushy loose".

Edit;lounge closed.By the way guy's what times are you getting around the Daytona Road Course?

I'm interested in joining, if there are spots open. Preferably Chevrolet.. or Dodge. I might be persuaded into another manufacturer.

I concur with phil bell, can't seem to keep the Merc to stick to the track. The C63 is a great looking car but too tail happy. Great top speed, but 7 speed means more gear changes :(

More time on the track is what i need to tame this beast. Did some testing on Daytona Road and whilst the time was a mid 1:47 the infield Turn 3 'International Horseshoe' (shallower radius) and Turn 5 is where i lost at least 2-3 secs.

You would be a backup driver for whichever team you choose.

Take my spot in team Dodge. The power supply in my PS3 crapped out, and I'm still waiting to get my replacement I ordered from eBay.

This series doesn't start untill after 4th of July, which is a little ways out still. And a power supply isn't challenging to fix. I'm willing to go where ever needed. Lets wait another week or so, and figure it out from there.

I don't see anything about laps per race(or maybe I am just blind).
Knowing this will make a big difference in the tires I choose for the race.
 
The races will all be about 50 miles (80 km), I'll post the number of laps soon.
 
Can you please drop me back to a backup/reserve driver for the Merc. Looking at the race schedule, every 2 weeks right up to Dec.

I cannot commit to the entire series :ouch:. Apologies. Good luck all.

will any of you guys be running some practice sessions over the weekend? Havent done any yet and the season is fast approaching :)
