Given how slowly the stewards are judging this one, Lewis might get a pass, for once.

Now past Alonso. The McLarens are much better on the medium tires.

Looks like it is set to be Lotus Renault vs Sebastien 'the finger' Vettel. At the front for the next 10 or so laps.
 
From what the french commentary said, rosberg is noticed for dangerous driving, no official word tho.
 
At this point, all penalties should be assessed for the next race... Can't comment on the situation without seeing the replay, but it may be they won't do anything about it.
